On Tuesday 11th February, 2.45pm-7pm, our school and Kirklees are running drop in sessions for the .'Non-statutory consultation on the potential reorganisation of school places at St. John's CE (VC) Infant School and Westmoor Primary School.'
This means we are talking about reducing the number of children we take each year to 30, instead of 60, and also adding in a junior school so children stay with us right up to Year 6.
Kirklees will not consider the changes without your input, so we need you to do one of the following:
* Call into school for the consultation drop in session on 11th February to find out more and complete a feedback form
* Copy and paste the link below to read about it online and submit your feedback in the ways outlined in the document
* Read and complete the feedback form next week when you visit for parents afternoon (these will be available in the waiting area)
* Share the information with other parents, friends, family, etc. in the community so they can also have their say.
We will also be inviting Governors, the Diocese, local residents, staff and future parents to come along and have their say on the 11th of February.
What ever opinion, comments or concerns you have on the changes we are proposing, it is really important that you let Kirklees know so that they can look at the bigger picture before making any decision.
Any questions please pop into the school office, you know our door is always open!
