Year 2 children will be visiting the seaside town of Filey on Monday 20th June as part of this half term's topic work.
Doors will open for these children to arrive early at 8.30am. The coach is expected to return to school later than normal at 5.30pm.
Your child will need:
Casual clothing (NOT JEANS) with their school jumper
Warm, waterproof coat
A change of clothes and a towel for if they get wet/sandy on the beach
If your child suffers with travel sickness you MUST give them travel sickness medication before they set off and tell your child's teacher so that they can sit near the front of the coach with someone who can take of care of them if they feel sick.
If your child needs to take any prescribed medication, inhaler, etc. you must complete a medicines in school form and hand to your child's teacher. IF YOUR CHILD DOES NOT HAVE THEIR MEDICATION OR INHALER IN SCHOOL THEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GO ON THE TRIP.
Please ensure you have completed the permission slip and returned your voluntary contribution of £10 so the trip may go ahead. If you are unable to meet the required contribution please speak to the staff in the school office.
